Dr. Rob Harper was born and raised in Tipton, Indiana. Rob attended Depauw university for his Bachelors in Biology and played golf while attending Depauw. Rob then attended IUPUI for his Masters in Biology, then IU Bloomington for his Doctor of Optometry degree. Rob started practicing optometry in 2013.

Rob started Harper Family Eye Care in 2019, and he is accepting patients Monday through Friday.

He is a loving husband to his wife, Emma, and daughter, Lyla.
