Dr. Steven K Doi has dedicated his life to eye care and helping others. After graduating from Indiana University School of Optometry,  Dr. Doi began his career by serving in the United States Navy, serving in Washington DC, Long Beach, California and Seattle, Washington. It gave him the opportunity to see the country and provide eye care to Navy patients. After three years in the Navy, he had earned the rank of First Lieutenant  and was honorably discharged. He returned to Indiana, his home state, to begin his work in Optometry.

Over the years, he has established many long-lasting relationships with his patients. The philosophy of treating each patient as family has served well. Making sure each patient is treated just as you would like to be treated has always been his main focus. Dr. Doi spends his free time on the golf course whenever weather or travel opportunities permit. Other interests include cheering on Indiana University basketball and Notre Dame football. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and hairless cat! Spending time with  family and friends is a very important aspect of Dr. Doi.‘s life.
